------Job Description Summary
Based in Changzhou, you will report to the RD Manager/Supervisor (based in Shanghai). At a high level, your duties will require you to provide Systems and Hardware expertise and support to Sensata’s customers. Candidate must also be willing to travel to customers in China or overseas for electrical/electronic development and technical support.

------Job Description
1. Participating in customer required meetings in support of new product programs
2. Capturing customer requirements, particularly those relating to Systems and Hardware
3. Responsibility for ensuring that all the necessary functional and hardware requirements have been met for Engineering prototypes
4· Figure out design scheme and generate design documents
5· Giving the Product Engineer/technician guidance and direction when necessary
6· Troubleshoot issues and communicate behavior and possible root causes to Engineering Team
7· More support in production manufacture
8· If necessary, provide onsite assistance at customer production sites
9· Keeping in contact on a regular basis with management of the Company
10· Keeping Product Engineers, Development Support Managers, Business Development Managers & Sales Managers/Engineers informed about customer reactions, needs, desires or criticism and will formulate proposals to meet these.

------Base requirements:
Candidates must possess a bachelor degree or above in electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
1, Be familiar with function safety (ISO26262), including process and related tools. 汽车行业，有汽车功能安全模块硬件设计经验（如：ESP转向系统、底盘、刹车、安全气囊等，或智能驾驶：摄像头、雷达），熟悉ISO26262体系；
2, The candidate needs to have English language fluency, both verbally and written. 英语流利
3. At least 4 years hardware Development experience in industrial or automotive productions
4, Be proficient in with analog/digital circuit development
5, Be familiar with 8bit, 16bit ,32 bit MCU hardware application, namely Freescale, NXP,TI, Renasas , ST, Infineon, at least one type.
6, Experienced with function development like Power, PWM, A/D, D/A, Flash, RAM, EEPROM, FRAM, SD card, LCD, touch panel, RTC, Watchdog, SSR, etc
7, Experienced with hardware development of communication protocol, such as CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at least four types.
8, Experienced with motor driver development, if candidate has rich experience in motor driver, you can ignore the requirement of item 4 and 5 to some extent.
9, Experience with hardware safety certification, such as EMC, ISO13849, V model or others
10, Be familiar with PCBA layout and manufacture process
11, Be willing to travel (<25%)

------Preferred Requirements
1, Experience of wireless development is preferred
2, Being familiar with software development is preferred
3, Experience of FPGA/CPLD, (VHDL, Verilog HDL) is preferred 举报 分享
