【Job Description】
? Work in cooperation with technical leaders to understand requirements
? Perform requirements analysis
? Create a detailed design document
? Create code structure based on detailed design document (mapping, report related)
? Create unit test specifications and carry out unit tests
? Create integrated testing cases and conduct integration testing
? Perform peer review on project deliverables
? Analyze defects, update management tools, and fix defects
? Implement project-specific standards
? Support for QA, UAT, Warranty
? UNIX SQL script, define source / target, create mapping, workflow, session, transformation
? Schedule and monitor the job / workflow

【Required job experience / skill】
? Experience of DWH (Datawarehousing), BI (Business Intelligence) development project in 5-9 years
? Informatica Powercenter 9.x, Oracle, UNIX shell scripting, development experience using PL / SQL
? I am familiar with SDLC and various development methodologies
? Excellent analytical skills, technical skills, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
? Familiarity with database structure, SQL, ETL, reporting tools
? Excellent interpersonal building skills, communication skills

?Data Warehousing (DW)、Business Intelligence (BI)系プロジェクトにおける アーキテクチャー俯瞰図の作成、及び、ソリューションアーキテクチャードキュメントの準備に責任を担う
?テクノロジーの採否に責任を負う。また、テクノロジー評価の支援を行い、テクノロジー採否のためのビジネスケースを作成する
?クライアントへ極めて重要な以下のソリューションを提供する
        １．エンタープライズ／テクノロジーアーキテクチャーの計画、スコープ、見積もり

【Job Description】
?Provide solutions in with Data Warehousing (DW) & Business Intelligence (BI) context (Data modeling, design DW/ODS, set up ETL/Reporting /Reconciliation processes, Performance management)
?Take technology decisions and assist in technology evaluation (eg. ETL, DBMS, Reporting tools), make business cases for technology decisions
?Provide vital solutions to the client by carrying out Enterprise/Technology Architecture Planning, Scoping and Estimating, Data Modeling, planning High Availability and low Failover Applications, Logical Architecture Design, Performance / Capacity Planning
?Participate in Architecture/design activities and assist in creation of Architecture/HLD /technical requirements document
?Define the ETL and Report schemes aimed at optimizing storage capacity and performance
?Conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders to walk through requirements and resolve outstanding issues
?Interact with client to gather relevant technical information for conceptualizing the solutions
?Help customers to establish technology standards, cross-product technology and design compliance
?Remain abreast with the upcoming technologies and utilize it for the innovations

【Skills / Experience】
?7-10 years of experience in architecting/designing systems for large BI development projects
?Experience in Insurance domain (Life-Insurance as a priority)
?Strong knowledge and skills in Informatica 9.x, Oracle, Unix shell scripting (MUST)
?Solid technology risk reduction ability by identifying/reviewing ambiguous/implied requirements or systems constraints whilst deriving systems architecture(s)
?Document and provisioning signoffs for High Level Design and review of Low Level Designs as created by teams
?Good experience with Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence ETL, Reporting technologies
?Native Japanese and Business English (Preferred)
?Ability to coach tech leads, team members on various aspects of system design ,development and standardization
?Ensure successful design to code conversion for technology based projects by way of design, code reviews
?Stakeholder management for client and internal teams to address technical needs of the project
?Capability to work on multiple project environments to drive the overall customer strategy to delivery
?Ability to strongly involve into proposals and estimations on DW and BI areas
