An Account Manager for EYELEVEL is first and foremost the person in charge of client service. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners, presenters, negotiators and team players working closely with our designers, CAD engineers, production mangers, roll-out managers, assembly teams, logistic managers, installation teams and finance department. An Account Manager is the pilot of every project. He starts the engine, keeps it running, tanks the fuel and drives the project to its destination in the required quality and time frame.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Satisfaction (developing and keeping excellent relationships with all client contacts)
2. Communication (keeping client and our teams informed all the time and providing answers to any questions regarding the projects he is responsible for)
3. Driving success of projects (receiving proper briefings, creating planning, organizing internal resources, checking quality of all deliverables, creating project cost estimates, controlling profitability of projects)
4. Team work (developing and keeping excellent relationship with all team members and motivating them for high performance)
5. Business Development (looking for new business opportunities on existing clients, new clients and winning new projects)

Requirements:
1. Self-motivated, confident team-leader able to motivate all team members to a high performance and excellent quality
2. Organized, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
3. Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
4. Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with clients
5. Convincing presenter
6. Experience in Client Service is advantage
7. Able to learn fast specifics about our industry including materials, production processes, retail environments, etc

Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
o Adobe Acrobat Professional

Languages:
o English – fluent level
o Chinese – advantageous
