职位描述：
a. Responsible for non-production material purchasing, tools, tooling and fixed assets and packaging, outsourcing services etc.
主要负责非生产物料采购，夹具，模具和相关工具及辅助生产物料,外包服务等采购。
b. Identify, analyze, evaluate, audit and monitor suppliers, drive and advance strategic supplier portfolio based on different commodity.
识别，分析，评估，审核和监控供应商，驱动并建立相应物料组的策略供应商组合
c. Responsible for all the Purchasing process like RFQ, cost analysis, negotiations and other commercial tasks.
负责所有采购过程诸如询价，价格分析，谈判和其他商务任务。
d. Knowledge of the SAP order process, maintenance. Order release and responsible for the delivery time
SAP系统录入,下订单和订单交付跟踪。
e. Responsible for the implementation of defined measures and targets
负责年度关键测量任务和目标的实现。
f. Contracts and agreements negotiation and archiving.
