PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
职位目标
The Service Engineer is tasked with developing and implementing a great china service strategy for the evolving Vytran fiber processing product lines. The successful candidate will develop programs for installation, after sales support, and service contracts to support a growing line of Vytran products. The candidate must have a solid understanding of the fiber industry, and fiber processing experience is a must. Although the location of the position is in Shanghai, China, a moderate amount of travel is required.
该职位的主要工作内容：针对持续更新的Vytran光纤加工产品线，制定并实施适用于大中华区的服务策略。合格的候选人应能制定安装及售后服务计划，订立服务合同，对Vytran产品线提供支持。候选人必须深刻理解光纤产业，并具备光纤处理相关经验。本职位工作地点在上海，需要适当出差。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Mainly provides technical and engineering support to customers in Chinese Mainland of installation, maintenance, trouble shooting & technical support.
主要为中国大陆客户提供安装、维护、故障排除和技术支持等服务
2.System acceptance test on customer site together with Vytran Sales Engineer.
与Vytran销售工程师一起进行系统验收测试
3.Customer call and remote support
客户打电话求助时提供远程支持
4.Operator training at customer and demo sites
在演示现场对操作人员进行培训，或为客户提供上门培训
5.Maintenance customer satisfaction from service side.
从服务端维持客户满意度
6.Generation and maintenance of relevant service documentation
撰写和维护相关服务文档
7.Improve customer response time
缩短客户响应时间
8.Gather market information during the service and feedback to responsible sales.
服务期间收集市场信息，并反馈给负责的销售
9.Execute customer return visit together with sales for the marketing purpose.
与销售一起回访客户，开拓市场、维护客户关系

1.Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Ability to handle up to 25 kg boxes
能处理重达25公斤的货箱
2.Minimum 2 years hands-on experience operating, maintaining and servicing fiber processing equipment including splicers, cleavers, and recoaters
在光纤加工设备（包括熔接机、切割机和涂覆机）的使用、维护和服务方面具备2年以上实践经验
3.Prior field service experience
此前有现场服务经验
4.Direct customer relationship experience
具备直接的客户关系经验
5.BS in Engineering Technology, EE, Physics, Master preferred
工程技术、电子工程、物理学的学士学位，硕士优先
6.Ability to think and execute tasks independently
具备独立思考、独立执行任务的能力
7.Is able to listen actively, to communicate clearly, to cope with conflicts and to initiate solutions

8.Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
