职位描述：
Work Scope:
1) Be responsible for GL accounts including fixed assets, payroll accruals and rental accruals;
2) Review P&L and B/S to ensure completeness of financial reporting;
3) Lead and streamline intercompany billing process, to identify and communicate with intercompany to ensure cross charges to proper cost center;
4) Work closely with accounting team to ensure the closing deadline can be met and maintain the closing checklist;
5) Perform Balance Sheet analysis report before monthly submission;
6) Submit monthly BS, PL load file to NY and reconcile to GL balance;
7) Take charge of corporate guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and compliance with local regulations.
8) Direct cash management including cash flow forecast, excess cash management and disbursement policies and procedures.
 
Requirements:
1) Minimum 8yrs in MNCs (prefer 5yrs Big Four)
2) Credentials CICPA or ACCA
3) SAP knowledge
4) English speaking requirement (average), written & reading MUST be excellent 举报 分享
