职位描述：

- Represent Fiege Greater China (incl. Hongkong and Taiwan) towards all core and partner carriers.

- Manage pricing, capacity planning and commercial tendering.

- Co-operate with sales team to promote Fiege's brand name in Greater China Region.

- Fully support, align and implement global procurement strategy in support of China business growth and sales targets.

- Assist Head of Air & Ocean for continuous solution improvement.

Responsibility:

Pricing

- Follow up and monitor global service contracts with carriers, maintain cost data base of China ocean team.

- Maintain pricing data base and keep all China offices updated on local tariffs.

- Collect and analyse market information and feedback to ocean product leader and overseas operations and agents. Share market information with regional sales team and get sales feedback for continuous competitive pricing.

- Work closely with Fiege's overseas ocean freight team to support and enhance competitiveness in the market.

- Work closely with Fiege's global ocean freight agent network to support and enhance competitiveness in the market.

- Build up and secure pricing with local carriers/co-loaders.

- Professionalize and develop rate procurement team of Fiege China.

- Implement and coordinate various projects launched by regional sales or overseas teams

Carrier Management

- Streamline, maintain and develop cooperation with core carriers.

- Monitor carrier support on space allocation according to contracts and feedback result to ocean product leader timely.

- Build up and develop relationship with carriers in Greater China region aiming for competitive rate procurement and availability of capacity.

- Strengthen market intelligence and benchmark carrier offerings.

- Manage tenders & RFQ's in Greater China region as well as overseas requests.

- Secure competitive spot quotation for China ocean team through synergising total ocean volume across all Far East branches.

- Bundle operations feedback and develop continuous improvement plans.

- Continue seek for feedback from branch ocean leader about product position

- In order to ensure our ocean product can be kept as competitive as we always should in the market place to support ocean growth

Requirement:

- University graduated

- More than 8 years working experience in an International freight forwarding company with rate procurement position.

- Familiar with the ocean freight market and rate procurement

- High sensitivity for market, good at collecting, sorting, analyzing freight information

- Outstanding relationship with carriers, co-loaders and proven track-record

- Ability to drive and execute global procurement strategy

- Communicative and convincing, with excellent powers in presentation, public speech and relationship building.

- Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin- Analytical, ambitious, reliable

- Performance orientation, ability to work under pressure

- Good team player, can-do attitude

- Willingness to travel within China, Asia and Intercontinental
