职位描述：
1. Organise the kick-off meeting with Program team ,check the inputs to ensure the mandatory information is given.
2. Set up the prototype-making timing schedule, follow its realization. Take action if risk of delay is forecasted.
3. Analyse and digest the process flow chart inputted by MTP. Discussion with MTP to ensure the prototypes are build in a feasible mass production way.
4. Collect the RFQ information, send to supplier for quotation and lead-time.
5. Work with prototype quality engineer/MTP /purchasing to define the proper prototype supplier based on its quality/lead-time/cost.
6. Construct the design of prototype welding jig, validate the detailed jig design from supplier.
7. Follow the jig supplier delivery schedule on regular basis. To have the on-site checking in supplier when needed.
8. Organise the raw material from steel supplier.
9. Support the program buyer to have the carry over parts ready on time.
10. Take the lead in the trailout phase:
10.1. Make the incoming inspection on the welding jigs.
10.2 Check the single parts with jigs, and make jig adjustment accordingly.
10.3 Grinding the single parts to ensure qualified clearance before welding.
10.4 Work with programmer to set a proper welding program.
10.5 Check the penetration results, improve the welding quality.
10.6 Coordinate the CMM checking resource for the dimension checking.
10.7 Analyse the welding deformation, take the action for correction accordingly.
10.8 Set up the press in/out program, make the press operation.
10.9 Work with painting supplier to check and improve painting quality.
11.Supporting on the production phase:
11.1 Prepare the delivery plan. Work with shift leader to set up the working task for technicians.
11.2 Prepare the management documents to ensure each OP during production is under control to meet the traceability requirement.
11.3 Supporting the program logistic to send the goods on time with qualified package method.
11.4 Control the hours and cost that spent during prototype phase.
12. Coordinate with German Prototype team to ask for technical support if needed
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
2. working experience in welding process planning is a must.
3. working experience in Robot welding jig design is a must.
4. Knowledge in the welding quality checking( Visual checking/welding penetration/broken test) is a must.
5. Able to make hand work by self is a must.
6. Experience in ABB programing is a plus.
7. Project management experience is a plus.
8. Understand clearly for the ISO dimensioning and able to use the manual checking gauge(calliper/Height gauge/..)
9. Knowledge in material testing is a preferable.
