Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
l Get right drawing number and verified production information to make parts;
操作人员按对应图号、零件代号、对应加工机床、用户名称和更改日期等信息进行生产加工；
l Do well for shift exchange records and production data records and maintenance;
做好交接班，生产数据记录统一集中管理；"
l Make sure machine tool operation smoothly, onitor production processing and operation ；
及时地对机床的加工进行监控及工艺过程常规问题诊断；"
l Troubleshoot for simply issues during machining;
负责加工检查、生产记录和归档等工作，"
l Be responsibility for process/ parts inspection, production records and make sure out-put and quality to get the target;
确保产量和质量目标的实现；"
l Support new parts trial run
为新产品试制提供必要条件；"

l Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

l Vocational school graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Mechanics or related major
机电、机械或相关专业中专或以上学历；"
l 3 years work experience in milling machine tool machining; familiar in using basis metrical tools;
3年以上铣床加工经验; 熟悉HEIDENHAIN 或 SIEMENS 840 D加工设备经验优先考虑；
l Shift work necessary
能适应两班倒工作；"
l Familiar/Proficient in drawing, machining process, cutting know how, cutter and milling machine structure; familiar in using basis metrical tools;
熟悉机械制图、工艺、切削、刀具和铣床结构, 会使用测量工具；"
l Engage in the production and support work of hi-tech product
