Responsibilities:
1.Based on customer's delivery requirement to arrange daily production, continuously improve on-time-delivery performance
2.Strictly follow manufacturing and quality process to ensure product quality level meeting or exceeding customer's requirements
3.Provide sufficient training to operators about quality process, safety and company regulations and make sure every operator follow them.
4.Working with engineering and quality people to find out root cause of quality issues, continuously improve manufacturing process and quality system.
5.Working with engineering to reduce operation time and improve productivity.
6.Take the full responsibility of 5S for shop floor, try to reduce WIP.
7.Setup a high quality production team to take challenges. Inspiring operator's zest and wisdom for work.
8.Targets: on-time-delivery, quality, cost, productivity, safety, WIP.

Requirement:
1. Good quality and cost concept.
2. Minimum 5 years of operations experience, of which 3 year in a supervisory position. Working experience in foreign investment enterprise would be an advantage.
3. Mature and responsible leader, able to provide clear direction and guidance to the team.
4. Good communication skill.
