Responsibilities:
1.Lead Wuxi planning group to fully support demand from R&D, NPI, mass production from every Finisar sites
2.Make sure projects and production to be transferred from other sites to Wuxi site smoothly
3.Make sure Wuxi planning system running smooth, including APS, MPS, production planning system, material planning system, customer service system, etc.
4.Focus on KPIs (OTD, Inventory, NPI supporting, etc)
5.Manage the weekly factory build plans and provide visibility of the requirements through systematic scheduling
6.Training team members and build an active planning team
6.Responsible for the maintenance of all static data used by the planning systems.
7.Ensure build schedules are being met by production groups and that stated Planning and Execution performance metric goals are being adhered to.
8.Work with planning counterparts to ensure timely resolution of issues and implement process changes as required.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree.
2.minimum of 10 years experience in Production/Supply Chain Planning with at least 5 yrs of directly supervising/managing a planning group
3.Have experience working with an industry recognized ERP system such as SAP or Oracle as well as an advanced planning system such as APS
4.The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
5.Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
6.A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
7.Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex supply problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
8.Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
9.Very good written and verbal English required.
