职位描述：

a. Critical Competency / 关键能力

b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验

· At least bachelor degree on mechanical and/or electrical related background

· At least 8 years working experience, 3 years should be focus in Automotive / Engineering product development,

· Good market knowledge concerning products, customers and competitors

C. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责

? Manage all the related sales/marketing activity related to defined OEMs to achieve sales goals

? Establish long term relationship with target customers

? Collect and analyze the related marketing information including competitor’s information

? Develop and maintain good customer relationship and identify customer needs ensuring that the company provide excellent service and support

? Support project managers to solve the related project problems

? Manage the commercial processes effectively

? Support in develop yearly sales plans and sales forecast, opportunity identification and analysis consistent with AOP (annual operating plan) and OEM’s strategic business plan

? Coordinate sales/ after sales service to satisfy customers

? Other duties assigned by COO
