Overview
Ford Motor Company is transforming from an auto company to an auto & mobility company. Ford Pass (FP) as the Enterprise effort to transform the consumer experience, from wholesale auto retail to consumer mobility. FP Eco system will be a key enabler for Ford Motor Company to support the needs and expectations of consumers today and tomorrow.
Lincoln Way APP is the FP version for Lincoln brand which will provide premium smart mobility experience.

Lincoln Way APP IT Strategy Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to define regional IT strategy for Lincoln Way APP including planning, communication, tracking and reporting, and support Lincoln Way APP unique business requirement for Lincoln China.

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

1. Communicate with Enterprise Emerging IT (EEIT) team to keep tracking and report out project status of Lincoln Way APP
2. Communicate with Lincoln China business lead to understand business requirement, and translate into IT requirement.
3. Work with global/regional solution architects and Lincoln Way APP US owners to ensure the global/regional solutions workable for Lincoln China or develop alternatives to realize Lincoln Way vision by performing market research and analysis.
4. For Lincoln Way APP China unique requirement, the position is expected to manage projects including but not limited to create project charter, get project charter aligned with business and IT stake holders, work with AP IT and global IT to get IT cost and timing plan estimate, and keep tracking of cost spending and timing plan. Track project issue and risks and escalate to proper management when needed.
5. Develop Lincoln Way APP Owner and Partners IT strategy for Lincoln China.
6. Support his/her supervisor to align with global FP/Lincoln Way APP delivery teams for Lincoln China APP IT strategy.
