The primary accountabilities include:
? Partner with Business Leaders to outline deliverables, expectations and design different types of learning interventions to meet needs.
? Be responsible for curriculum design, delivery and follow up in leadership development and professional development, as well as career development.
? Demonstrate innovation in training delivery by using strong facilitation skills into classroom training, and demonstrate innovation in the training function by using various and blended learning methodologies. Contribute to process improvements.
? Establish an internal trainer system by reviewing existing internal star trainer program. Foster the development of training and facilitation skills to internal trainers (e.g. Train-The-Trainers) so they take ownership and responsibility for the quality of their content.
? Certify site manager and above positions to deliver core programs and increase their ability to transfer learning.
? Assess and audit delivery quality of internal trainers and local providers and communicate areas of improvement as needed.
? Design and create engaging training content, deliver training, monitor and measure effectiveness of the training curriculum delivered.
? As required, research and determine the most effective vendors to meet our needs in soft skills. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with external vendors.
? Lead specific non-classroom learning projects as needed. Including but not limited to team effectiveness workshop design and delivery. For example, undertake initiatives like learning week, newsletter and Learning Communities to create a culture of learning, and consult with internal stakeholders on people development.
? Support in design and implementation of Talent Development Initiatives like High Potential Development Program, 360 Degree Feedback and Development, Assessment Centers etc.

? Proven track record in training needs analysis, soft-skills training, leadership development, professional development and career development.
? Detailed knowledge of adult education requirements with a strong ability to influence and lead in a Learning & Development intervention.
? Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in classroom dynamics.
? Outstanding facilitation skills with solid corporate trainer experiences and proven capability to deliver behavioral skills programs.
? Has tenacity and the ability to prioritize tasks.
? Hands on, self-motivated, energetic. Team player spirit and willing to collaborate with others.
? Ability to communicate and develop relationships across all levels and cross culturally
? Proficiency in English is a must, in written and spoken. Be able to delivery training in English is a plus
? Strong Microsoft office skill
? Proficiency in Action Learning is a plus.
? Certification of international soft skills trainer is a plus.

? Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, business management or related field.
? Minimum 5 years experience in soft skills training, designing learning intervention in the matrix environment.
? Willingness to travel when required
? Experience in the Services industry is a plus.
