职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

1. Enlarge customer base, sell FX and other treasury products within the VTB Group according to the Branch’s business license and clients’ needs.
2. Develop treasury sales related business plan, be responsible for reaching business tasks.
3. Make sufficient number of marketing calls and visits per week. Prepare and circulate sales call reports.
4. Provide timely and relevant market advisory to customer based on bank house view.
5. Contribute positively to department revenue in achieving branch annual profit target. Individual revenue target to be decided by department head whenever he/she deem fit.
6. Prepare periodic reports to Branch’s management and HO, and other required report to HO on non-regular basis.
7. Ensure compliance with all limits and regulations by the bank and all regulatory authorities.

Qualification:

1. Minimum 2 years treasury sales related working experience, especially FX products including FX spot/ forward/ swap/ option.
2. Bachelor degree, major in Finance, Economic, Business.
3. Can work under pressure.
4. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Russian language could be an additional advantage.
5. Confident, intelligent, independent, result oriented and resourceful.
6. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 举报 分享
