岗位职责：
Job Responsbilities：
1. 常规生产链的控制，查出偏离之处，分析原因并安排整改。
Control of regular production chain, find out deviations, analyze causes and arrange corrective action
2. 根据订单协调好预装配零件、组装件。
Coordinate pre-assembled parts, assembled groups according to order
3. 如遇到瓶颈、短缺，重新安排使其连续生产，重新设定和替换订单，更正材料的可得性
Rearrange the succession in case of bottleneck / shortage, reset and replace orders and correct material availability
4. 根据预定的预测、库存和生产计划，放行采购的零件
Release purchased parts as to scheduled forecasts, stock and production plan
5. 对于库存和现有能力的持续证明
Continuous proof of availability of stock and existing capacity
6. 考虑材料、能力的可得性来协调生产日期，并制定生产订单计划
Coordinate production dates under consideration of availability of material and capacity and initiate orders for manufacturing
7. 与营运部门协调不可实现的订单，以及给出可选的适用建议方案
Coordinate not realizable orders with the operating departments and if applicable suggestion of alternatives
8. 在既定指令内安排好交付和包装，及交付数量
Fix terms of delivery and packing as well as delivery amount within the given directives
9. 将交付进度转录到IT系统
Transfer delivery schedules into the IT system
10. 控制订单进程的适时性和进度，并牵头采取适当行动。
Control appropriate and on schedule processing of orders and initiate adequate action.
11. 确定物料/零件的要求，确定交付可能性
Determine material /parts requirements and define delivery possibility
12. 订单发布的控制知识，让大家清楚交付情况并提醒交付
Control acknowledgement of released orders, clarify delivery situation and remind deliveries
13. 重新安排物料并采取临时措施（如调整生产（项目）的先后顺序
Rearrange material and take internal action [e.g. adjust the production ( program) sequence
14. 完成经理临时交办的其他任务。
