职位描述：
Position Title : Project Manager
Business or Function: Global Shared Service Team
Location: Zhangjiagang
Reports To (Title & Name): Shared Service Manufacturing and Engineering Leader

Position Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects in time at cost, meeting the scope and without any EH&S incidents during construction and return to operations.

Prime Responsibilities:
1.Coordinating all stages of the project.
2.Ensuring that EH&S is number 1 priority in all aspects of the project and during delivery.
3.Develop and support the team to deliver best in class performance.
4.Implementing Global Project Methodology and standard engineering work processes.
5.Provide support to Operations Team to minimize impact for operations.
6.Prepare and maintain Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Plan throughout the project.
7.Ensure contractors comply with their obligations as per contract.
8.Delivering as-built and operations/maintenance documentation to the facility.
9.Initiating cost estimates and monitoring project costs.
10.Ensuring compliance with safety principles applicable to the project.
11.Coordination of services with other supporting departments and governmental authorities.
12.Ensuring excellent teamwork.
13.Documenting key project measurements and learning experiences in the Project Closure Report.
14.Identifying and taking corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project goals for cycle-time, cost and quality are met.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
1.Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering is required Mechanical, E&I, and Chemical Engineering is preferred.
2.10-15 years Manufacturing or Engineering experience preferred.
3.Minimum of 5 years in project management, project-engineer lead or construction management is preferred.
4.General knowledge of EH&S and in-depth knowledge.
5.Fluency in English is required, Dutch is preferred.
6.Mobile and able to travel approximately up to 20 % of the time. 举报 分享
