职位描述：
1. Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP process
- Participate in the monthly demand & supply planning process
-place orders in SAP system, according to demand planning, and send them to supplier;
- Monitor orders status and follow up with Suppliers on daily basis
- follow up the proper decisions made timely in the S&OP process.

2. Documentation check and collect
-check all kinds of documentation deemed necessary to complete an import transaction;
-distribute documents to the customer in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of cargo import;
-follow up with new product/packaging registration process, make sure all products have valid CIQ registration numbers;
-collect sanitary certificates (issued by CIQ) from importation broker in time;
-collect and file importation documents;
       3. Provide support to customers during importation process
               -collect and summarize questions raised by governmental authorities (Customs, CIQ) according to the feedbacks of customers;
-provide official answers to external parties if they are supply chain related; if questions are quality or technical related question, they should be answered by dedicated department (QA/RA);
       4. Support new product development and other supply chain projects
- work closely with the Sales & Marketing on new product development
-perform supply chain data analysis for performance/ cost monitoring

       5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Knowledge:
? College or above, specialty related with supply chain/logistics management, international trading, or business management
? Min. 4 years of experience in a similar job, thorough knowledge about importation is a must, FMCG industry knowledge is an advantage
? ERP system experience, could be SAP or other integrated ERP system
? Good computing skills, especially Excel
? Good at English: speaking, reading and writing
