The Job:
Manage, create and promote Transcon solutions and pipelines for target customer at regional, branch level
Manage, create and promote customized Transcon solutions to our sales, account managers and our customers
Lead and monitor Transition and Implementation phases for the new exceed, new logos to ensure agreed services are achieved.
Provide mentorship to designated Branch Process Analysts in maintaining the Quality Management System program in the branch and implementing Corporate/Regional initiatives.
Facilitate training to new transcon member, sales, account manager for the designated branches.
Analyze and advise Regional and Global Transcon team on performance and needs in designated branches.
Conduct Customer Business Analysis as assigned and follow up with the sales and account manager before sales process begins.
Perform additional duties assigned by Director - Transcon, North Asia, as required to meet the region development.
The Qualifications:
University graduate.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good written communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work with data to identify issues and be supportive to process improvement.
Excellent oral English and Mandarin.
