职位描述：

Roles and Responsibilities

• Application/coaching of quality management methods such as: FMEA, Problem Solving (8D) Moderation of Quality Gate assessments,FMEA moderator, participation in SE team meetings
  
• Implementation and assessment of central directives and process descriptions
  
• Perform process and system audits at supplier site
  
• Review of technical documents (e.g. drawings, Control Plan, FMEA, Test Standards,etc.)
  
• Lead supplier enabling, supplier development and supplier quality improvement programs
  
• Perform supplier trainings for QAA, 8D, CP, FMEA, N2580, Audits, etc.
  
• Monitoring and reporting of supplier quality performance indicators (ppm, incidents, failure costs)
  
• Leading problem solving of supplier quality issues by applying quality methods (e.g. 8D, PSS, etc.)
  
• Active support in supplier scanning,evaluation and selection according to purchasing strategy
  
• Release new products based on ISIR/PPAP
  

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above
  
• > 8 years experience in quality management or supplier quality management (SQE)
  
• Certified ISO9001 auditor, VDA6.3 process auditor (mandatory) & TS16949 internal auditor (preferred)
  
• Engineering background
  

• Strong knowledge of quality methods, like 8D problem solving, FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
  
• Strong experience in supplier management and supplier improvement
  
• Strong verbal and written English language skills
  
• Supplier audit experience in ISO9001 or ISO/TS 16949
  
• Good communication and cooperation skills especially with suppliers
  
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 and with system and process audits
  
• Experienced with MS-Office applications, especially good knowledge of MS-Excel
