职位描述：
1- Develop, implement and monitor the HR Overall Planning and Regulations;
2- Direct the recruitment and staffing management;
3- Develop, implement and monitor the execution of company salary structure and policy, also monthly payroll operation and income tax declaration;
4- Develop, implement and monitor the execution of employee training planning and operations;
5- Develop the policy and monitor the management of employee ralations including responsible for solving labor disputes and associated with legal issue;
6- Performance management including yearly KPI setting and follow-up;
7- Monitor the HR agency, ensure all employee social welfare are paid according to the law.ix.Enforce and monitor the execution of non-disclosure/confidential regulation.

9- Other tasks assigned.

任职要求：

1- Human Resource Management or related Bachelor degree or above;
2- Good understanding modern enterprise human resource management models and practical experience accumulated, in-depth understanding of the various functional modules of the Human Resource management;
3- Familiar with relevant local policies, laws and regulations;
4- Strong ability of planning and execution;
5- Good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills, and solve complex problems;
6- Passionate, solid professional foundation, with a strong sense of innovation, learning ability, communication skills and work under pressure. 举报 分享
