职位描述
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Provide strong leadership in supplying a safe working environment and ensure that all HR/Admin employees are following all safety regulations and all personal protective equipment is worn when enter the factory.
2. Participate in all safety trainings, including First Aid, and conduct monthly safety audits of HR/Admin Department.
3. Together with the GM, determine the measurable objectives for the HR & Admin Department and ensure the objectives are attained.
4. Plan, review and forecast human resources requirements, to advise and coordinate with other Dept Managers/Supervisors their needs for appropriate staffing, to ensure human resources meet the business requirement.
5. Comply with selection procedures to ensure appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic approach to meet HR policy, local legislation and managed in a cost effective way and meet department resourcing needs effectively.
6. Assist in identifying training needs to ensure the employees get adequate training to meet business needs and implement the training plan.
7. Set up C&B structure and JDs with department Managers/Supervisors assistance. Implement and maintain an effective performance management system that will increase employee’s productivity.
8. Manage daily salary adjustment and salary annual review, support to participate in salary survey and provide advice to ensure the compensation and benefits packages are competitive with the local market.
9. Organize employee’s communication and teambuilding activities to ensure good employee relationship and maintain a proper procedure for counseling and handling grievances and a fair system of enforcing work discipline.
10. Take charge of daily office administration.
11. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Selection Criteria:
1. Minimum: College Degree in a business-related field focusing on HR,Admin, Business Administration etc.
2. Willingness to handle daily office administration work.
3. Experience in following HR functions - staffing, compensation & benefits, training and development, career planning and development, employee and labor relations, health and safety. A minimum 5 years experience of personnel management.
4. Must attain and stay abreast of Chinese local labor laws especially those of Kunshan.
5. Good communication, problem-solving and people management skills.
6. Intelligent, self-motivated, creative, open-minded, efficient and flexible.
Strong English and Mandarin communication ability is a MUST.
