Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily timesheet system and data maintenance.
2. Prepare monthly timesheet tracking report VS budgeted people resource plan.
3. Assist Finance Analyst in budget/forecast preparing.
4. Update information in Finance budgeting/Forecast system.
5. Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in accounting.
2.Two years a bove working experience in accounting or finance position in a foreign invested company.
3. Comprehensive knowledge in accounting and financial process is required.
4. Excellent written and spoken English. CET- 6 is required.
5. Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel.
6. Ability to work independently with good communication skills.
7. Ability to complete the work within required schedule and quality.
