Responsibilities工作职责:

1. Base on job requisition to give face to face interviewsfor the candidates, who are sourced by recruiter. And give feedback torecruiter to help fulfill the recruitment targets according to the plan throughcontinuously improving recruitment activities.

根据公司人才需求标准,对招聘专员邀约的候选人进行面试,对面试进行反馈,不断改善招聘活动来完成招聘指标

2. Coordinate and prepare employment related documents forstaff and make sure the documents are up to date.

协调准备相关员工雇佣关系文件,并确保文件时效性。

3. Processtransition procedures for internal transfers and proceed visa/work permit renewand transfer for foreigners.

处理员工在公司内部转职以及外籍人员在华工作需要的签证,工作证相关手续。

4. Organize, conduct or facilitate orientation trainings tostaff or managers.

组织开展员工或经理入职培训

5. Follow up with line managers for performance managementprogram implementation.

配合公司和业务部门完成员工绩效考核 的跟进工作。

6. Provide professional advice, consultation and guidance toline managers on all HR related policies and practices.

向业务经理提供人事政策方面专业咨询。

7. Answer staff enquiries related to company policy and HRissues,ERcase.

回答员工提出的公司政策或人事工作方面的问题 ,员工关系处理。

8. Conduct exit talk for leaving staff and analyze andgenerate turnover reports to give improvement proposals.

对离职员工进行离职谈话并分析总结员工离职原因并提出改进计划。

9. Collect data and prepare HR reports and analysis on amonthly basis.

收集数据并准备月度报告分析。

10. Fulfill the annual target which is assigned by thesuperior.

完成上司布置的年度工作指标。

11. Fulfill other related tasks or projects assigned by thesuperior.

完成上司安排的其他人事工作。


Requirements职位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

大学本科或以上学历

2. Excellent English and Mandarin skill.

熟练的中英文能力

3.2 years' above working experience in HR field.

2年以上公司人力资源管理经验。

4. Experiencein HR generalist, have the experience of proceedvisa/work permit renew and transfer for foreigners would be preferred

有HR generalist的工作经验,有为外籍员工处理工作证,签证工作的经验更佳。

5. Excellent communication skill.

良好的沟通技巧。

6. Good team work spirit, initiative and proactive.

良好的团队工作精神, 工作积极主动。

7. Detail focused and result oriented.

注重细节,结果导向。

8. Familiar with MS office
