Position Overview
The Third Bridge sales team is responsible for introducing Third Bridges products and services to new prospective clients. They are also responsible for overseeing the commercial relationships with our existing client base.
The Sales Support will support sales organization through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for serving as primary interface between salesand other operational functions in order to ensure a transaction goes smoothly.
Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients by approaching new opportunity via phone calls
Liaises between the client and Sales Department
Hold at all times a complete overview of all customer relevant performance measures and clearly understands how to meet customer expectation in related areas assigned by sales manager
Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management
Assist draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
Other duties assigned by manager
Qualifications
1-3 years relevant sales experience, cold call experience is preferred
Bachlor background at least
Native Chinese speaker with fluent in English
Solid understanding of financial markets and alternative investments
Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, moderator and facilitator
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
