职位描述：
Key Accountabilities：
1. Planning/Reporting & analysis
？ Buying budget for store
？ Plan buying structure for store
？ study & monitor product performance
？ product sales analysis on regular base
2.Buying
？ Range study/brief for retail store
？ Select seasonal range to store
？ Place depth & size breakdown accordingly
？ Seasonal order review
？ Regular store visit, check new arrival, market & competitor
3.Allocation
？ Assortment adjustment before season kick off
？ weekly replenishment
？ transfer & consolidation instructions to store
？ store inventory management
？ promotion & discount plan
4. Process
？ Study & define retail product process, work with multi-function to enhance
？ Work closely with Retail Operation to achieve targets
5. VM, MARKETING & TRAINING
？ product training to retail staff
？ aligne with VM/marketing for seasonal/monthly key item

QUALIFICATIONS
？ +6 years experience in similar role
？ Clear of merchandising process
？ Retail (both in-line/outlet) experience preferred
？ Hands on & detail in daily work
？ Strong product sense & data analysis skill
？ Familiar with retail/fashion market
