职位描述
Main responsibilities
? Supervise that the Main switchboard/OEM projects are carried out in good technical order and in accordance with rules and regulations.
? Act as a technical mentor towards fulfilment and sales.
? Keep updated on applicable standards, rules and regulations
? Maintain good customer relations.
? Provide technical support with regards to preparation of tenders and project execution
? Participate in organisation of routines for design, control and approval of engineering work
? Participate in technical audits of projects and tender work
? Encourage and coordinate implementation of development projects
? Maintenance of technical library
? Keep updated on relevant technical software
? Participate in settling technical issues with regards to claims and guarantees
? Support the el/auto department Manager of daily workload.
Accountabilities
Develop and maintain the technical skill regarding Mainswitchboard/OEM products in region Asia.
Qualifications
Mandatory requirements
? Bsc. or Msc. in Engineering
? > 5 years (lack of formal education can be compensated by relevant experience) experience
? Experience from Technical product development, design and engineering of complex projects
? Good technical competence
? Good knowledge of rules and regulations from marine and/or offshore applications
? Good commercial awareness
? Proven leadership skills
? Good command of verbal and written English.
? Ability to communicate and cooperate on all levels
? Ability to build and maintain excellent working relations with key stakeholders.
? Result oriented.
Additional preferences
? Additional education in Business and Administration or experience with personnel management
? Experience in maritime industry is preferred
