JOB SUMMARY
1) Responsible for Sales & Account Management of Assigned Account(s) or Customer(s)
2) To implement the job duties of Business Development Manager as below:
a) Develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers in order to maximize revenues for the company.
b) Develop and Implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals.
c) Create effective marketing programs to identify prospective customer and account penetration.
d) Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation.
e) Lead pre/post sales service team comprises costing, customer service and program management.
f) Negotiate for contracts and to co-ordinate all related activities to ensure the completion of these projects.
g) Develop pricing strategy that focuses on profitability of business and remaining competitive.
h) Monitor and communicate customer metrics across the SBUs.
i) Work effectively with customer on inventory turns, reduce inventory levels, control obsolete and excess inventory.
j) Meet customer's expectations in term of technology, cost, quality and delivery.
3) Any other assigned duties with regards to Sales Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Management of Assigned Sales Account(s) or Customer(s) including achieving maximum projects and revenue.

3) Total Customer Satisfaction
REQUIREMENT
1) Bachelor Degree & above
2) 5+ years relevant working experience
3) Good Communication Skill
4 )Knowledge of Factory Operations
5) Able to communicate in English and Chinese
