Position Overview
To manage site engineering aspects: plant improvement; plant EHS, process optimization, capital investment and maintenance. Deliver maintenance plan and risk reduction goals are met on short-term, medium-term and long-term in compliance with local legislative procedures.

Job Responsibilities
?Develop & implement company loss prevention standards and ensure mandatory loss prevention standards are met for the site
?Providing process engineering expertise in the design, commissioning, start-up and optimization of plant and processes within the MUSC site
?Undertake feasibility studies on manufacturing scenarios; evaluate, recommend & implement approved manufacturing scenarios within the MUSC site
?Project management defines, plan monitor and control assigned projects to meet project objectives within cost, quality and time criteria.
?Through application of process engineering knowledge, process hazard analysis & risk assessment, ensure design and operation of process plants conform to national and company loss prevention standards and risk tolerance thresholds. Develop and implement new company loss prevention standards.
?Support all the MUSC manufacturing site to follow and to apply fundamental safety procedure inside Engineering organization.
?Assure MOC procedure, working properly for the engineering prospective.
?Assure the Engineering project documentation updated and available (P&IDs, equipment and instrumentation data sheet and maintenance procedure).
?Reducing plant downtime on engineering aspect. Conduct TPM program within MUSC site.

Minimum Qualifications
Degree: Junior college or above
Major: mechanical, E&I
English: fluent
