职位描述：
？ 总体工作职责： 按照项目的交货时间，成本和技术内容等要求，作为第一负责人，
General Working Responsibilities: According to the requirements of the project delivery time, cost and technical content, as the first responsible person,
组织公司内外资源，完成系统的安装、调试和用户验收，培训，
organizes the internal and external resources to complete the installation, commissioning, customer acceptance and the training.
完成系统物料和文件等的交付工作，并保证用户的满意度。
As well as the delivery work of the system materials and documentation, ensures customer satisfaction.

？ 主要目标：
Main Objectives:
1. 符合合同或者双方协议的现场交货验收时间
Comply with site delivery and acceptance time agreed in the contract or agreement between both parties.
2. 符合合同和柯马和用户技术规范的系统的最终质量
        Comply with final quality of the contact and technical system specifications between Comau and customer.
3. 现场成本目标
Site cost target.
4. 用户满意度
Customer satisfaction.

主要职责：
Main Responsibilities:
1. 制订详细合理的现场工作计划， 并同用户，供应商和公司相关部门达成一致；
To draw up a detailed and reasonable plan for the site work, and get in agreement with customers, supplies and relevant departments in company;
2. 规划和准备人力，材料、文件，工具等资源；
To make plan and preparation for manpower, materials, documents, tools and other resources;
3. 定义现场工作的岗位，以及工作原则；
To define the site work positions and working principles;
4. 负责现场的启动，过程管理和系统的最终交付，以及现场关闭的所有过程；
To be responsible for the site starting work, process management, system final delivery, and all the site completion processes;
5. 安排现场日常工作，对进度进行监控，并及时和定期向公司及用户通报状态；
To arrange the site daily work, monitor project progress, and regularly report the project status to the company and customer;
6. 按照目标，有效管理现场工作的成本；对包含物料和人工等的成本要定期审 核并向公司向汇报；
In terms of the targets , to efficiently manage the site cost of the project, and regularly report to the company of the costs includes the materials and labor;
7. 确保跟用户或者供应商良好的沟通，处理好分歧，确保项目现场的顺利进行；
To ensure good communication with customers or suppliers, deal well with the differences, and ensure the smooth progress of the project on site;
8. 通过会议，书面汇报，邮件，面谈等形式，确保信息的充分传达，以使推动各方（用户，供应商，现场团队，项目经理等）对现场状态和工作需求充分理解，并充分配合；
Through meetings, written reports, emails or interviews, etc., to ensure all the information well expressed, and to push the well understanding of the site for each parties (customers, suppliers, site teams, project managers, etc.,), and make full cooperation with them.
9. 根据现场的需求，推动各方（用户，供应商，现场团队，以及公司相关部门- 项目经理，设计，供应链，制造等）及时，有效地跟进；
According to the site requirements, to encourage all parties (customers, suppliers, site teams, as well as relevant departments of the company - project manager, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.)to make timely and effective follow-up;
10. 供应商管理，确保供应商按照合同要求和现场总体进度推进工作和解决问题；
Supplier management, to ensure that suppliers promote the site general progress and solve problems in accordance with the contract requirements;
11. 确保现场安全规范的严格执行；确保现场的人、机安全；
To ensure the strict implementation of site s afety norms, ensure the safety of each person and machine;
12. 对用户的额外要求进行判别和确认，确保其合理，并符合合同等相关协议；对超出原合同范围的，并且金额较大或者影响交货期较多的情况下，要汇报项目经理并会同项目经理与用户达成的协议；
For the additional requirements of customers, to make identification and confirmation, ensure they are reasonable and complied with the contract and other related agreements; For the requirements exceed the original contract, and the amount is large or delivery time will be badly affected, site manager shall report to the project manager and accompany with project manager to make agreement with customers;
13. 组织对客户的培训，与用户一道确保用户具备必要的操作和维修技能；
To organize training for customers, together with the customers to ensure that users have the necessary operation and maintenance skills;
14. 整理现场进行的技术变更，并确保信息及时完整并传送回设计等相关部门；
To sort out the site technical changes, ensure the information is timely and completed; send back to the engineering and other related departments.
15. 确保完整正确的文件/物料的移交用户；以及必要物料工具的返回公司；
To ensure completed and accurate files / materials transferred to customers; tools and necessary materials sent back to the company;
16. 负责关闭现场，完成相关必要收尾事项。
Responsible for site closing and complete the relevant necessary matters;
17. 完成项目现场工作小结。
To complete the summary of project site work.

任职要求：
1.七年以上数控机床工业工作经验。
2.熟悉各类型机床的机械结构，懂加工编程，工艺，刀具，具备机床电气基础知识。
3.具有3年以上一线管理经验。
