TZG（高瞻资本）旗下项目生鲜电商公司招聘电商运营经理职位：

工作职责：
1.根据客户的购买需求以及消费习惯，快速了解市场流行趋势，针对于品类进行选款；
2.根据品类的市场定位、目标客户群定位，策划并实施线上、线下营销活动及平台用户运营；
3.全程跟进品类的文字描述、产品定价、市场推广、促销活动、客户体验等各个作业环节；
4.研究调查主要竞争对手的商品品类及相关市场策略的动态变化，确立平台的竞争策略及发展定位；
5.各品类电商社区的建设和运营；
6.制定运营策略，完成月度目标。


任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，有带团队经验者优先考虑；
3.具备良好的数据分析能力以及洞察力，懂得换位思考与消费者心理分析；
4.思维活跃，勇于探索，富于创意。审美能力较好，产品鉴赏鉴别能力强；
5.较好的沟通协调能力，文字功底好，会基础图文软件应用；
6.熟悉SEM、广点通、微信社区等线上渠道运营规则；
7.熟悉现有电商渠道的运营体系和规则；
8.有高性价比线上线下推广资源者优先；
