职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.负责室内精装修工程的成本分析及预算的编制工作, 并协助项目经理制定招标计划。
Responsible to conduct Cost analysis and Budget Estimate for Interior decoration works, and assist PM for preparation of Tendering Schedule.
2.负责室内精装修工程的工程量清单编制及招标文件的起草等相关工作，跟进公司内部的招投标流程，保证招标在公正，透明的原则下进行，负责投标报价的澄清、分析并形成评标意见；并对招标过程中文档管控付主要责任。
Responsible to draft Tender document and BOQ and follow up internal tendering procedure, and make sure fairness and transparency throughout entire tendering activities and including Tender Clarification, Analysis and preparing the Tender Report as well as to take major duties of all documentation during Tender process.
3.负责本专业设计变更及现场签证的变更审核及记录工作，并分析其对原投资估算的影响变化程度；
Responsible for VO evaluation and recording, and analyze impact to the original budget;
4.负责本专业的竣工结算审核及竣工结算手续；
Responsible to assess the final account and complete the settlement procedures
5.负责收集及汇总所有采购及施工类合同并形成周报；同时负责相关合同中期付款等相关内容。
Responsible to collect and brief all related purchasing and construction contract information and report to line manager, and look after all relevant payments etc during entire project.
6.负责所经办的工程造价档案资料的保密工作，并承担相应的保密责任;
Responsible to protect the confidentiality of all cost information and documentation
7.监督项目相关合同的履行情况；
To supervise and conduct contract administration.
8.完成上级交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications:
1.熟悉工程造价管理业务流程、工程定额、材料设备市场价格信息；
Familier with Cost Management procedure, Cost Index and materials & equipment market price
2.具备招标标底、预算、结算编制、审核能力；
Skills and ability of Pre tender estimate, preparation and reviewing of budget and Final Account settlement
3.具备招投标、合同的洽谈与制定能力;
Skills of tendering,contract negotiation and preparation
4.熟练掌握WORD、EXCEL、概预算、成本管理等应用软件;
Proficient to aplly Microsoft Word, Excel, Estimate Software etc.
5.具备2年以上造价咨询单位或开发商工作经验
over 2 years QS Consultant or Developer side working experiences
6.具备2年以上精装修工程的清单编制、变更审核及结算相关经验。
Over 2 years BOQ production / VO Assessment / Final Account Settlement for ID Construction
7.具备中级以上专业职称及注册造价工程师资格优先；
Middle level of Professional titles or Registed Cost Engineer will be preferred
8.英语4/6级以上优先；
CET 4 / 6 will be prefered
9.有较强的组织协调能力和较好的团队协作精神；
