职位描述：
POSITION: Assistant Textile Merchandizer
BACKGROUND: Trading Textile (80% menswear, 20% womenswear)
LOCALISATION: Shanghai (Jade Temple)
TYPE OF PROFILE: speaking perfectly English

MISSION: Under the management of the 2 directors and the 4 senior merchandizers, you will be in charge of all the administrative process correlated to the textile purchasing activities. You will assist the different merchandizers.
NB: perspective of evolution to Junior Merchandizer according to the results and the profile

1)Sourcing + Negotiation: goal: to get the best quality value according to client request
？Products : putting within a standardized product sheet the client elements
？Supplier’s quotation summarize in charts or templates
？Feed back prices and facilities (lead times, terms of payment) with suppliers

2)Order/Production follow-up: goal: to deliver the proper product on time
？Make sure Order retro planning (sampling/production/shipping) for certain orders to be in line
？Sampling management : checking retro planning of lapdips/swatchs/Fitting Sample/PPS: checking elements and pushing suppliers to check all is on time
？Asking to suppliers for clear and feasible production schedule
？Check the production schedule at each stage to see the current situation

3)Transportation:
？Check the shipment schedule and availabilities with rates per supplier
？Booking of vessels / flights
？Managing and handling the customs documents (CI, PL, BL)

4)Administrative aspects:
？Handling of administrative paper work such as P/O and shipping set of documents
？Booking express and preparing parcels, cartelines, cutting…
？Divers organizational/operating tasks


SALARY: 5,000 RMB
