MAIN TASKS:
Project Management:
1.1 Organize with the relevant departments and plan the development phases from design to the 1st deliveries to the customer, and further improvements;
1.2 Report on the project progress to the management team by the pre-defined project follow-up tools and documents (R&D process);
Technical Design
2.1 Analyse, study and design structures of products and parts to fulfill the Product Quality and Safety requirements
2.2 Ensure the products’ quality.
2.3 Focuse on cost effectiveness and manufacturing constraints
2.4 Professional in 3D CAD.
MINIMA PROFILE:
1 Junior college degree or above, major in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or Mould design;
2 Expert in design and development of small electric appliances (5 years related experiencepreferred);
3 Expert of MS Office (Excel), UNIGRAPHICS’ NX;
4 Experiencd in processing and designs of plastic material (including thermoses and elastomeric);
5 Knowledge in statistics and Quality tools;
6 Well Written and Spoken English;
7 Good communication skills and team spirit;
8 Good personality and exterior.
