Position Title: Quality Specialist
Department: Customer Service
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Quality Supervisor

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? As a future position holder, you are responsible with your team for dealing with complaints. You are working with requests corresponding to the satisfaction of our customers. You are satisfied when our customers thank you with a smile for the excellent service and have already forgotten the previous situation. Even in dealing with angry people, you keep the peace and pleasure to come to a good solution. You thereby provide an important contribution to the continuous improvement of services for HRS customers at our partner hotels.
? Clarification of complaint reasons and causes, with internal and external contacts
? Solution-oriented processing of cases
? Maintenance of customer data in the system and communication of solution to the customer
Participation in projects for process optimization and for the permanent optimization of our excellent quality and service standards

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE 关键资历/技能/经验
?University degree or above
?Several years of professional experience in complaint management, ideally in the hospitality or tourism industry.
?As a communication professional, you have experience in dealing with customers on the phone and you also have a lot of sensitivity in your daily correspondence
?Good computer skills and enjoying working with IT applications. You like working in a team and you prefer to take responsibility for your work.
?Excellent skills of the English language
?You have a quick mind. Complaints are like a puzzle for you: It is easy for you to quickly classify all parts and to solve it in a suitable way.
