JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for support EHSmanagement of Comau China as follows :
Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)
1. Assistant China EHS manager to make and monitor EHS plan of Comau China, and achieve EHS targets;
2. Support ISO50001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001, safety standardization system and follow up the outputs from internal and external audit.
3. Support the plants and sites on EHS training plan, organize and prepare EHS training, improve EHS awareness of employees and contractors.
4. Collect, analyze and report EHS data of China.
5. To collaborate with related departments on EHS activities.
6. Internal communication with related departments
7. To support safety pillar and environment pillar on WCM (world class manufacturing).
8. Support laws collection, regularly meetings, risk findings, activities of China.
9. Be responsible for the special projects of special activities, supplier and subcontractor audit.
10. To drive incident and accident investigation and tracking the countermeasures.
11. Support plant waste management, energy saving and improvement of Shanghai plant.
12. Provide EHS technical support to product.
13. Push continuous improvement of EHS culture in China.
QUALIFICATION
？？Bachelor degree majoring in the area of safety, environment or engineering.
？？Minimum 4 years experiences in industrial safety, health or environmental role.
？？With the experiences of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 standards and safety standardization system，ISO50001 and WCM is prefer.
？？National Certified Safety Engineer Certification.
？？Good interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal.
？？Good English skills in reading, speaking and writing.
