Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
-Sourcing and develop material and packing supplier base on technical requirement.
 根据技术要求，寻找并开拓供应商。
-Develop and maintain a database and paperwork of qualified suppliers and potential suppliers.
开拓并维护合格的供应商和潜在的供应商的相关资料库。
-Overall all responsibility for sourcing from identified opportunity to continuous supply of products from suppliers.
不断的寻找和开拓符合产品要求的供应商。
-Qualify and attract identified supplies by contacts and visits
 相关的合格的供应商的洽谈。
-receive quotes and arrange trial orders.
 供应商的报价及订单的下达。
-arrange for continuous flow of products including logistics and quality control.
不断的追踪及产品的质量及运输。
- Management tooling and equipment spare parts.

Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1. Obtain competitive quotation. Make sure suppliers to understand RFQ condition & term as well as technical specification. Shorten quotation L/T to meet company target.
取具有竞争力的价格, 使供应商明白RFQ的条款和产品技术规格,缩短报价周期;
2. Develop and maintain competitive suppliers, new supplier audit and supplier annual performance evaluation.
开发和管理供应商，新供应商的审核以及供应商年度绩效评估;
3. Negotiate and mare sure the payment term, delivery term, quality and service with supplier.
与供应商协商确认支付条款，配送条款，质量和服务。
4．Management tooling and equipment spare parts.

Know-How Requirements
职位要求

-Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical related in university;
机械专业本科学历
-3 years experience in manufactory of spare parts field;
3年相关制造行业，有配件采购管理经验。
- Be able in communicating with others and solving problems.
良好的沟通并解决相关的问题。
-Be good at English for speaking and writing.
