职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Conduct the MFG engineering document control, including PFMEA creation, work instruction Process Instruction creation, improvement of document quality;
    负责工业工程文件形成以及管理工作,包括编写PFMEA、 编制作业指导书并定期进行文件管理；
2. Process the Layout Design, especially for the Line design of new product by means of Line balancing, Motion analysis etc.;
    进行工艺布局设计，开展生产线工时平衡，进行时间分析和动作分析，提高生产效率；
3. In charge of Cycle time control, including Cycle time changing control, annual review and line capacity monitoring;
    以提高生产力为目的进行周期控制，定期评估并对线容进行监测科学检测；
4. Machine efficiency control；
  运用科学方式进行设备效能控制；
5. Productivity improvement, including the tools development；
  生产效能的提升，包括生产工具的改良；
6. Plant Layout control based on the result of motion analysis;
    基于高效原则，对工厂布局进行改进设计，并协助宣传推广；
7. Assembly cost analysis，evaluated the operational status of equipment;
    基于资源优化配置原则对设备装配进行成本控制，规划引进设备，并对设备的运行状态进行评估。
8. Others task assigned by MFG Manager.
    其他工程经理临时安排的任务。

Requirements:
1. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
    勤奋、诚实以及优秀的沟通技巧；
2. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill
    良好的学习能力，英文沟通水平以及计算机操作能力；
3. Can work in high pressure;
    能在压力下进行工作；

Education and skill requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or related area, above CET4 is must.
    本科以上学历, 电子工程或机电工程技术及相关专业，英语水平四级及以上；
2. Above 3 years IE experiences in manufacture industry or related working experiences, familiar with Motion analyses method(Predetermined Time Standards) WF, MTM, MODAPTS, and MOST etc.
    具有3年以上制造业IE或持续改进相关工作经验, 熟悉运动分析方法，PTS, WF, MTM，MODAPTS以及MOST；
3. General IE Knowledge (process control, line balance etc.)
    了解过程控制，生产线平衡等技术；
4. Excellent team work spirit;
    具有良好的团队合作精神；
5. Good timetable concept and excellent execution;
    具备良好的时间观念和执行力；
6. Excellent practical ability;
    具有较强的动手能力；
7. Familiar with office and CAD software.
