职位描述：

• Responsible for overall delivery performance of product category: DIFOT, sea/air performance
• Responsible for delivering the vendor strategy for product category in line with instruction from management: production planning and forecasting against vendor capacity commitments
• 5 years+ experience in clothing manufacture for fashion retail with 5+ years based in Asia
• Management level experience in production management and coordination for the retail sector
• Successful development of suppliers and factories: strong commercial relationships, high levels of professionalism
• Experience in managing teams and getting the best out of people
• Acts with a commercial attitude and understands the customer expectation
• A passion for fashion & product
• Is an innovative thinker and puts forward great new product opportunities
• Demonstrate maturity in demanding situations
• A strong work ethic and is accountable
• Contribute to overall team and business objectives
