职位描述：
Roles & Responsibility——

A. DESIGN MANAGEMENT：
1.Involved in Company’s NPD strategies, assisting NPD department to suppliment in the design aspect in product development
2.Innovate product development in design, appearance , new function, in line with market insight to development feasible design plans.
3.Take part in decisions in design feasibility combining with techonology and cost targets
4.Establish DESIGN department working process and implement SOP and system operation.

B. DESIGN EXECUTION
1.Responsible for product appearance design, grahics design and other design features that compliment to company's product development and upgrading
2.Develop proper databse of raw materials, innovative samples throughout differnet product categories and creative resources.
3.Develop and complete design programs, closely monitor design implementation status following critical path , timely direction review and errors correcting
4.Work closely with cross functional teams for design program excecution

C. DESIGN STUDIO MANAGEMENT
1.Source and develop design studios in market to be competative in quality and charges for various product categories
2.Commercial negotiate on price , terms and delivery
3.Design studio relationship management to stablize and continuously improve company's design capability

D. DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT
1.Daily working arrangement for Design department
2.Manage, review and improve working output of Design department
3.Working training for Juniors and other departments

E. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
1.Bachelor degree or above with design degree as a plus
2.8~10 years in Design management
3.Working for cosmetics industry is a plus
4.Working as an industrial designer is a plus
5.Creative, smart working, forward thinking, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.
6.Management experiences in design development by integrated work with out-sourcing design studios.
7.Fluent in English
