职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责视频编辑工作，包括下载、转码、入库、配图、分发及上线；负责从CMS平台推荐到APP首页等更新推荐工作，负责节目数据分析工作；
2.根据影视剧、网络剧的市场趋势，进行影视剧、网络剧的原创选题开发、策划与创作；
3负责原创文章的编写，负责对公司产品内容，广告，品牌等进行内容创意、文案编辑；
4.熟悉网站后台操作，独立完成摘要翻译、文字编辑、网络发布等流程；
5.与团队一起进行行业相关领域的新媒体尝试，提供符合定位的优质、有高度传播性的内容；独立完成文体娱乐等行业重要人物及机构采访和稿件撰写工作；
6.完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1．3-5 年大型传媒公司相关工作经验， 3年以上影视、电视或综艺编辑相关工作经验；
2．传媒相关专业本科学历及以上，有海外教育背景、具备熟练的英文水平优先考虑；
3 . 熟悉电影、电视剧或综艺节目的市场情况和项目操作流程；
4、热爱文学和影视，知识面广博，具备大量阅读量和阅片量，有敏锐作品鉴别能力，兴趣范围广泛；
5、良好的创造力，策划力，执行力&团队合作能力；

Job Description
- Work on a minimum of 2 digital accounts to create media content and strategy plan(s)
- Responsible for all content deliverables for associated digital accounts including web and social media channels
- Create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
- Monitor social media platforms and initiate conversations on behalf of the account(s)
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities
- Work closely with teams to create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand , develop supporting offline collateral, create original content, etc.,
- Create or assist in forward plans that guide the content team. Implementing smart strategy and creativity
- Stay current with social media trends and tools – create workshops to share knowledge
- Continue to refine and define our social media marketing process
- Work with teams to create a solid branding message that's reflected across marketing materials, social media content and partnership programs
- Track and report all social metrics for accounts
- Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors.


Requirement
- 3-5 years of content editing experience
- Experience managing including Sina, Weibo, Wechat, Lofter, Youku, Facebook, and new up-coming Chinese social media platforms
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Sina Weibo Insights, Wechat Back-end Management etc.)
- Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns including Sina Weibo, Wechat, and Lofter
- Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities. 举报 分享
