Key Responsibilities:
- To assist Merchandising Team to coordinate with supplier and communicate effectively with buying team in UK.
- Coordinate with suppliers and communicate effectively with buying team in UK
- Support the team on documentation and filing work
- Data entry and maintenance of order system
- Prepare merchandising reports for the team
- Handle sample development and production tracking by providing liaison support in the areas of prototype development, sample/raw material testing coordination, matching samples to the specifications
- Liaise production orders with factories / suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers & monitor the delivery schedules
- Cooperate with supplier and internal departments to ensure products can be delivered on time with agreed quality standard
- Provide assistance to Junior Merchandiser(s)/Merchandiser(s) on general administrative work
- Assist Junior Merchandiser(s)/Merchandiser(s) to arrange and attend supplier meetings, and escort buyers on buying trip as required

Requirements:
- Diploma Holder or above with at least 1 years working experience (can be either part-time or full-time)
- Prior working experience in a Buying Office / Merchandising field is an advantage
- Outgoing, positive, multi-tasked, stable and smart are REQUIRED.
- Good learning ability and diligent.
- Good team player, capable administer and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, etc.
- Occasional travel to PRC is required.
