职位描述：
responsibilities :

- Lead a merchandising team to ensure all orders are properly follow through from sampling to production & final delivery.
- Coach & monitor the team members to develop & retain a strong team & achieve business targets.
- Responsible for the whole merchandiser team and related issues.
- Coordinate with quality control & QC team to ensure product quality & deadline are met with customrs' requirements & standards.
- Participate in client meetings & presentations.
- Strengthen & maintain the good relationship with customers to build the business.

Requirements :

- At least 10 years relevant working experience in the industry with minimum 3 years at managerial position
- Solid experience in handling Garment.
- Able to work with oversea customer independently.
- Strong leadership skills to manage the team & related department.
- Good problem solving & communication skills to deal with customers & factories.
- Experience in high quality brands is preferable.
- Independent, well organized & presentable.
- Excellent command of both English & Mandarin.
