职位描述：
Main responsibilities / description
- Lead and drive account reconciliation and trail balance review·
- Analyze P/L and B/S monthly to ensure correct reporting
- Prepare local statutory/group internal reporting, keep and maintain local booking compliance with both local legal and group requirements.
 - Provide guidelines and instructions to accounting team and resolve complicated problems
- Monitor accounting process and drive process improvement
- Coordinate annual global and local auditing
- Support rolling forecast
- Responsible for cash flow plan and actual follow-up
- Responsible for FA application process and prepare analysis report
- Responsible for Tax compliance, High-tech application and tax premium issue
- Support insurance, legal, contract, patent related issue
- Ad hoc assignments

Competences / responsibilities
-     Prior working experience in G/L position
-     Knowledge in SAP
-     Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in multinational manufacturing environment
-     Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
