职位描述：
This position is dedicate on Campus Recruitment Program and Trainee Program design.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designs Campus Recruitment Program and Trainee Program based on organizational needs in the region;
2. Establishes record and data tables in a systematic, accurate and timely manner;
3. End to end follows program implementation and evaluates result;
4. Collects internal and external best practices regularly;
5. Timely updates to leaders;
6. Continuous improvement;
   
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree & above, major in Education. 2017 graduation or recent graduation are acceptable.
Can work at least 3 days per week;Proficiency in English;
Has pro-active working attitude, pay attention to details;
Has good communication & interpersonal skills;
Has team spirit, willing to provide assistance and helpful;
Enthusiastic and determined to get ahead, pursues goals energetically. 举报 分享
