-responsible for the entire order tracking, order’s follow up and supplier communication, timing control,coordination with qc dept and dealing quality issues with suppliers;

- able to work independently, experienced in handling the order from initial approved sample to bulk production in house;

- communicate with supplier on daily basis, and report to supervisor for any issue to handle out of the assigned range, understand customer’s requirements and communicate comments and suggestions;

- source new factories and new products, negotiate with suppliers for better prices and faster delivery.

requirements:
- minimum 5yrs working experience in buying office for fabrics
(top brands’ market will be preferred);
- good communication skills and negotiation skill with suppliers;
- good coordination and follow up, well organized, self motivated and able to work during period of pressure;
- college education background or above degree on fabric technology could be a plus;
- good team attitude, ability to work with young and motivated colleagues;
- good command of spoken & written english and mandarin;
- able to use microsoft office software (word, excel, etc) professionally.

- driving license will be a plus

岗位职责：

- 负责订单跟踪，与供应商沟通，交期控制，协同质检部门与供应商处理质量问题；

- 具有独立工作能力，具有从初样确认到大货入库的订单操作经验；

- 根据每日情况与供应商进行沟通，并对超出规定处理范围的问题向主管汇报，正确理解客户的要求，及时沟通并提出建议；

- 寻求新工厂及新产品，就交期及价格问题与供应商进行沟通。

任职资格：

- 具有至少一年面料采购部门工作经验 （最好针对***品牌市场）；

- 具有出色的与供应商沟通及谈判的技巧；

- 具有良好的协调能力，自我管理，有激情并能承受一定工作压力；

- 大专及以上学历，具有面料知识专业背景优先考虑；

- 良好的团队态度，具有与年轻及有激情的同事工作的能力；

- 要求英文及普通话听说读写流利；

- 能够熟练使用办公软件（word, excel等）。
