职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1. 负责安全(5%)、质量(30%)、交期(20%)、效率(30%)、人员(10%)、成本(5%)等综合管理
In Charge of Manufacturing department regarding EHS, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency, Employees, Cost, etc.
2. 制定生产现场6S标准，建立并完善生产现场EHS管理系统，并持续改善。
Set up 6S standard on production site, Continues improving EHS management system.
3. 负责监督各工艺标准的执行，维持标准化作业并持续改进。
Supervise process standard be well implemented, maintain and continues improving.
4. 分析内部质量如FPY等数据，外部客户退返比率数据，以及失效原因，协同质量工程等人员，制定纠正和预防措施。
Analyze data of FPY and return rate from customer, find the defect cause, take creative and preventive actions by team work with quality and engineer team.
5. 对定制机器以及质量抱怨等，保持和客户的良好沟通，提高客户满意度。
Keep communication with customer regarding customized products and customer complaints.
6. 根据客户订单，制定并执行生产计划，协调客服、物流等相关部门，确保订单准时交付。
Make production plan according customer order, cooperate with customer service and logistic department to guarantee on time delivery.
7. 负责制定工序的标准效率，建立生产效率管理制度，持续提升综合效率。
Set up standard process time, efficiency control system, keep improving overall effiency.
8. 负责本部门的费用预算和控制，减低运营成本。
In charge of expense budget plan and monitering, reduce operation expense.
9. 负责本部门人员能力评估，制定培训计划；制定部门以及岗位KPI，跟踪绩效的达成。
Evaluate competency of manufacturing department, make training plan, set up KPI and make effort to reach the performance target.

Requirements:
1.大学本科以上学历,理工科类专业背景；
Above bechelor degree，major in Science and Engineering.
2.3年以上医疗器械或电子行业的生产管理工作经验;
Over 3 years production management experience in medical device or electronics industry.
3. 具备5S和EHS管理的知识和管理经验;
Knowleadge and experience of 5S and EHS.
4. 熟悉大量的质量管理工具，熟悉ISO质量管理体系;
Rich knowleadge and good practice of quality management tools and ISO management system.
5. 具备丰富的效率管理经验;
Abundant experience of efficiency management.
6. 具备良好的统计知识和能力;
Good statistic knowleadge and ability.
7. 强烈的持续改进愿望和能力;
Desire and ability to continuously improving.
8. 良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力;
Good communication skill and Team work ability.
9. 良好的团队管理经验;
