职位描述：
Responsibility:

This position engages in supplier quality management including but not limited to supplier and product development, quality compliance programs and activities for company interests and customer satisfaction.
Assist supplier developing and managing quality from strategic and operational functions:
1. Work at the direction from Quality Organization
2. Ensure quality control activities meet Company policies and project requirements
3. Assist and develop quality functionality training and development programs, as well as employee training and development
4. Ensure supplier quality complies with specifications and customer contracted quality expectations
5. Monitor suppliers’ performance during project implementation
6. Audit of new supplier for the evaluation of quality management system and assess the risk
7. New supplier and product development
8. Deploying supplier audit program and follow up outcomes
9. Developing and updating supplier quality plans, including process flow, operation instruction, quality control methods during the key processes
10. Developing the inspection plan of incoming material inspection flow and guarantee the suppliers implementing the correct inspection process
11. Organize inspection assignments properly for purchasing materials delivery with quality; also to carry out supplier audit, take part in pre-inspection meeting(PIM), review supplier ITP, QC documents/procedures, etc.
12. Support the operative purchasing and procurement on analyzing the non-conformities and claims relating the supplier management and achieving corrective actions internally and among suppliers
13. Giving technical comments on product quality problems of suppliers
14. Participate on agreed development and improvement projects and implement the agreed actions to achieve the better performance
15. Participating in different groups and projects as supplier quality expert

Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Mechery or related majors
2. 10+ year QA/AC experience in Chemical or Oil/ petrol within 5 yearsof which are in team lead role
3. Work with project team and client, supplier as well, to prepare project quality plan, inspection plan& budget
4. Manage quality control team
5. Professional experience as senior inspector able to perform inspection activities on different products, Review of QC reports/records, MDR, etc
6. Familiar with different codes/standards, including ASME I /VIII-1 /IX, ASTM, AWS D1.1, API, GB /JB at metal material, manufacture and inspection aspects
7. Work hard, detailed, thorough and diligently; Intellectual clarity; committed to top quality work
8. Qualified Welding Engineer Certification is a must
