职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
To maintain the finished goods warehouse ensuring supply to the customer
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering goods on time
To Ensure the highest quality of service
To assist in the smooth flow of customs clearance and declaration for the Free Trade Zone
Take responsibility to ensure all processes are being fully carried out and oversee the continuous improvement of all related processes
Assist in the operational administration of the Distribution, and Customer Planning
Take responsibility for all transactions within the Logistics warehouse ensuring accurate stock at all times
Ensuring On time delivery

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all support requirements for documents related to Custom’s declaration and clearance are satisfied
Carry out and maintain all processes according to the procedures and WI. Continually improve the process to ensure continuous Improvement
Maintain the inventory accurately ensuring quantity on hand is correct to inventory count at all times
Liaise with customers and suppliers, properly and promptly deal with their feedback / complaints related to Logistics / transportation / Customs clearance
With all customers and suppliers alike act in a professional manner at all times representing the professionalism.
Support the Materials Manager in daily activities as required
Supply warehouse, inventory and transportation information to Team members as requested
Work as a team member of the Customer Service Function ensuring information is communicated efficiently.
Work as a team member to ensure all customers are delighted with the service
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
 College degree in related majors
Clearance with imports
Strong computer skills, knowledge of MRP
 Excellent Chinese skills, Good English skills both in writing and speaking 举报 分享
