Who we are
MelchersRaffel is a specialized consulting boutique headquartered in Munich with three offices in Asia. From the Asia operations together with further Melchers offices, all relevant regions of Asia are covered. Typical clients are larger mid-size European companies in industrial goods, machinery, and also consumer goods sectors. We build bridges between cultures, regions and markets – experienced, professional, effective, and with the highest value added. Basic Responsibilities of Team supporter
- Business translations for Meetings and Documents
- Prepare letters, reports and other documents, as required
- Support project teams with daily business issues
- Support in marketing initiatives (e.g. PR, marketing programmes)
- Other business related tasks as assigned


Requirements:
- Strong command of MS-Office applications
- Fluent in English (CET6). Knowledge of German is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills, including quick understanding and active listening
- Good team player
- Willing to take challenges, work under pressure, keep learning and continuous self-improvement
